Shipping Policy

We are excited to ship your officially licensed sorority keepsakes to you! All orders are hand-prepared and shipped from the United States.

Processing Time  

Because each item is custom-produced, received from our licensed manufacturer, individually inspected, and affixed with the required official Affinity Licensing holographic label (ALP) before shipping, processing times are longer than typical e-commerce stores.  

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods (e.g., back-to-school, bid day season, holidays), or for larger/custom orders, it may take up to 21 business days.  

We appreciate your patience—this ensures every piece meets official licensing standards and arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods & Rates  

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on every order, regardless of size, weight, or destination within the United States.  
  - Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS, depending on the order.  
  - Standard delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days (estimates only; not guaranteed).  
  - No free shipping threshold—all orders receive the same $5 flat rate.

Order Tracking  

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Destinations  

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). International shipping is not available at this time.

Important Notes  

  - Processing and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high volume periods.  
  - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed to the carrier.  
  - If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the custom production, licensing requirements, and hand-labeling process, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Window  

 You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items  

 - Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and the official Affinity holographic label intact.  
  - Personalized or custom items (e.g., specific sorority crests or designs) are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process 

  1. Email us at hello@greekletterpress.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.  
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.  
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).  
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method (minus the original $5 shipping fee). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

Defective or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including the original $5 shipping) at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations  

 - Change of mind after the 14-day window  
  - Final sale/custom/personalized items (unless defective)  
  - Items without original packaging/tags/holographic label  
  - Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Refunds  

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time.
